This tape has seen better days (and generations, I'll bet). Its in pretty bad shape. The noise was about 30% of the volume of the music. A huge wall of high end hiss. The tape swirls in and out as though the heads were wrong on an earlier generation. I am only uploading this because there does not seem to be an existing copy available anywhere else (plea to the taper: upload the master of this!). There was very little high end, except in the spots between songs. I EQd it to sound a bit better (you wouldn't believe how much low end I had to remove to get rid of the rumble). Its actually a bit harsh now, but that's the best I could do with the source. The volume was extremely peakey, but only from the EQ. Someone had EQd this before and it was horribly bass heavy, and it was auto level controlled. I had to compress the hell out of it to get the sound level. Some ofyou might criticize that, but believe me you wouldn't have liked it with the dramatic fluctuations. All that being said its not too bad sounding now, and since it was requested I'm putting it up.
